Making an Appointment

We provide elective terminations for women from six (6) to Fourteen (14) weeks. We will pre-operatively do an ultrasound to determine the length of your pregnancy, a pregnancy test and hemoglobin.

Upon making your appointment and again upon your admission to the clinic, please tell the staff if you have any underlying medical conditions such as: diabetes, high blood pressure, seizure disorders, mitral valve prolapse, sickle cell anemia, major illnesses and allergies. These issues are important for the staff and physician to know so that they may provide the best medical care for you.

Upon making an appointment, our staff will ask you your name as stated on your government issued picture ID, the first day of your last menstrual cycle, your Rh type, your weight, any significant medical problems and a phone number where you can be reached in an emergency. We prefer that you make an appointment. However, we will make every attempt to accommodate you on clinic day if you arrive before 9:00 AM.
